お寄せいただくご相談は、すべて主宰の村上愛子と星野健治が直接拝読し、共同で回答いたします。営業スタッフや受付窓口を介すことはございません。いただいた一通一通に五営業日以内を目処に、書面にてご返信申し上げます。
現在のご相談待機期間は約四ヶ月半。本年は新規住宅の御計画を十八件に限って承る方針のため、ご依頼の内容に応じてはお引き受けできない場合や、ご開始までの待機をご提案する場合がございます。誠に恐れ入りますが、どうか予めご承知おきください。
We accept written enquiries in Japanese or English. Each letter is read in full by the principals before any reply is drafted — there is no automated triage, no junior intermediary, and no follow-up call before you have heard from us.
